We package our merchandise carefully so that it will not be
damaged. It should not be necessary to return damaged
merchandise. Of course, if a two ton box was dropped on your
package, please don't open it. Return it so we can make a
claim with the carrier.

issued to your credit card.

Package the merchandise carefully, send it well padded by

It is not acceptable to set stones or mountings.
